Why am I seeing an error when trying to upgrade my website?

Hello! so recently Square's error message kept popping up every time I would try to upgrade my website. I put the correct card info in and everything and did that about 25 times and it kept popping up with an error message saying "could not complete purchase please try again" or "error while purchasing please try again". And I was getting really fustraded with that happening.
