Transaction from 9/21 disappeared and Square refuses to acknowledge it, but i have a receipt
I wish i had something good to report. We processed transactions on 9/29 for $169.74. Square claims that there were no transactions and there's nothing they can do about it. I would love to post the proof here or anywhere, but this location won't allow me to post it and there is no place to post it on Square's interface.
Support is abysmal.

Typically, most of the my transaction disapperaerd or transactions aren't showing up that I have seen posted in the past were the result of being logged into a different Square account. For example your business account and personal account or 2 different businesses. Once a transaction happens and is completed there is no way to delete, erase, eliminate it from the record. I wish there was as I have an error one of my kids was playing on an iPad and rang up a million dollar transaction but it can't be eliminated only refunded which still screws up sales data and charts.
