It would be helpful to know where I can find a printable pdf of ecard/gift card instructions. Can anyone direct me to a printable version?

Do you mean instructions for the customer to order or instructions on how to use them as the seller? 

There's no printable PDF or anything like that but we do have articles on our Support Center for sellers to learn how to use them.
