I am trying to list individual unique items (artwork) with only one piece available for each item for purchase. When a purchase is made the default is the shipping method rather than pickup or delivery. I don't want shipping to be an available option. If I un-click shipping in inventory management then the inventory shows zero rather then one.
How can I eliminate the shipping option and still show available stock?
Thanks

Hi there @dellis326 👋
Let's look at two things in your settings to see if we can pinpoint what's happening!
First, head to your online editor, then select Settings > Checkout > Advanced settings (top right-hand corner)
You'll want to ensure that the default fulfillment method on this page is set for either Pickup or Local Delivery:
Let's also check your item settings. From your editor, select Items > Item Library > select an item
Once you're on the edit screen for an item, scroll down a tad to find the Fulfillment settings:
If you don't want to offer shipping for your items, you'll want to uncheck the box next to the Shipping option.
I hope this helps!

i'm using square for people to register for my classes. So there's nothing to ship. What's the best option in this case?

You can also sell non-physical items for classes and events on your online store, @rcarbuccia 🙂 Check out this guide to get started selling class tickets via your online store. Please let us know how you go!
