Loyalty: How do customers know what items are available in my program?

I have set up my loyalty program with various different rewards. One is for a free item with mutltiple free item choices. How does the customer see what items are available without calling or asking what the free items are?

Hey @UncleNicks

Great question and Congrats on setting up your Loyalty Program!

You can Customize your Description of the Rewards to explain what Items they will get for free for each of your different Rewards.

The Customers will see that Description (along with how many more Stars they need to get there) when they click the Link in the Text Message they get when they sign up for your Loyalty Program and when they Earn a Reward.
