I opened a store with the Professional plan, and just got my first order. I wanted to know if there's a way to see the email that my customer gets when I notify them that their item has shipped. Also, if I need to email the customer about something, is there a way for me to do that with the Professional plan? Thanks.

HI, you can see and edit the emails from Online Dashboard, Settings, Email Setup, three little dots Edit Email or Send Test email so you can see it. Test email goes to main email on file.

Thank you, that helps! I was able to edit my order confirmation & shipping email and test them out. Another question, though - are emails I send out to customers archived somewhere so I can see them?
