Is there a way to attach a payment to a customer that I added after I accepted the payment?

I accepted my first payment using Tap to Pay from a customer at their home. I wasn't aware that I would be given the option to assign the payment to a customer so I figured that I would enter the customer information once I left her house. When I got out to my truck, the option was gone so now the app shows the transaction with an unknown name. Is there anyway I can choose the transaction and assign it to my customer?

Hi Reberhardt,

 

I believe that once a transaction has been submitted or processed, the details cannot be updated and/or changed.  Perhaps others here can provide some advice but, in my experience, once processed - it is what it is.
