Is Square Register able to make one receipt for several vendors?

We are an Art League with about 30 vendors. Will the square register make one receipt for a purchase of several vendors. Will it also track each vendors sales individually, each vendor has an I’d number.

Just to make sure we're on the same page here... your Art League has multiple vendors but only one checkout area?

If that's what you are asking, then yes Square can definitely help do this.

I recommend setting up categories where the category name is the name of the artist. Then every item that artist sells can be under the artist's category name.

At cash-out time, your Register will have access to all the items under every category. You can ring all the items from various artists at once.

When it's time to pay out your artists, you can run a Category Sales report from the Reports section of the dashboard. Every item will be sold along with a category (artist's) total sales.
