I am new on square, I came over from weebly because I need help with an issue.

My name is Kim, my site is www.lostinpa.com.  It is a blog/ascension reference site.  At this time I am having an issue with the navigation showing up in the viewer format. Also, the old website that I changed completely is still showing up instead of the new edits. I did clear my cache.  I hope to get the help that I can understand as I am not experienced in web design. I also have lost past memories because of a health issue. I am basically relearning all of this.

I know when you first are trying to set up the Square Online store it can be confusing, and sorry you are already running into some things. I would recommend reaching out directly to our Square Online Team at 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport. That way they can actually look at your website settings and assist. For account security, we cannot discuss anything account-specific which is why it is best you speak directly with this team directly to get this resolved quickly.

Hello @LostInPa thanks for your post. Can you tell us how the navigation is supposed to look/appear? I think there is navigation bar at the top (see screen shot below). When I roll my mouse over, some links appear. Maybe it isn't showing up because it's designed as black text over a black bar?

Also, after you made edits to your page, did you click PUBLISH in the upper right corner? Until you click PUBLISH, any new changes will not publish to the internet. I hope this might help your question.

It is white text just like the ones that came down. I did see that those show up, there are 2 additional links and the website name that do not. Thank you for looking.😊 and asking the question. I will be contacting square support next week.

okay just one more thing you may want to try; maybe changing the background color from black to another color. It looks like the background color may be getting in the way from the navigation...OR change the background of the navigation section to white or a different color?
