How can i help my customers select a date and time?

My customers can't select a preferred date and time.

Would you mind providing some more context to your post? - we may need a bit more info in order to provide a helpful answer. Are your customers having a hard time selecting a time online for order pickup? Or is this an issue with delivery?

 

Also, is there a certain device you are noticing that is having issues placing online orders?

The more details we have, the better! I will keep an eye out for your response!
