Do employees have access to the bank account on Square?

We have a non-profit 501C3 Cat Rescue and we are thinking of getting the square so our crews who do the adoptions, can start accepting credit cards.  My question is this - will everyone who uses our square have access to the actual bank account linked to the square or will they only be able to do transactions?  We do not want to pass out two or three squares if those using them are going to be able to actually access the bank account.  Only our treasurer has access to the bank accounts linked to our none profit.

Hi @moon5252!
 

The bank account linked to your Square account will only be to send deposits to and not to actually access and look into your bank dashboard. That can only be done by logging into your bank.

 

You don't even see the full bank information under settings when you view what bank is linked so no worries there.

 

You can also set your employees up with our Team Management to give them limited access to only take sales.

Thanks for the response.  That answers my question.  Is setting up employees so they can only take sales, something we can do online or do we have to call?
