Change Region
I have just processed a forced migration from Weebly to square. During this process my region was automatically set to Spain (where I live) as detected by square's IP address tracker, but my native language is English. Now I am receiving email communications in Spanish, and some web pages throughout the square site are appearing in Spanish ot half Spanish / half English. I have changed all the language settings I can find to English, but this hasn't solved this issue.
There seems to be no live chat agent access available now as there was previously with my Weebly account, nor any email option to contact square, only a web form, which I have used several times, but received no useful response. There is purportedly an option to contact square via facebook, but having visited their facebook page the message option has been removed. I cannot afford to phone them.
What can I do?
