Cannot access page to accept credit cards (new account)

Hi all,

Newbie today, so I can't tell if this is just a temporary glitch,  or if I'm doing something wrong. 

Signed up. Linked bank account. See the option to get a free card reader if I "tell us what you're doing" and a couple of others that elude me right now.  The only button that's active is the one that says, "I'll do this later." But I want to do it now.

Suggestions appreciated.
