Appointments: Can I adjust lead times for my employees?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: lead times

Hi

Before I get started I wanted to make sure you offer the ability for me, the owner,  to adjust my employees lead times. Some employees will need a 30 minute lead for bookings,  others 60 minutes,  and my bookings require 12 hours.

Hello @Shaharman! It is possible to add time between each service using the Block Extra Time feature, and you can have 12 hour service. To add extra time: sign in to your online Appointments Dashboard > go to Services > click on a service and scroll down to add time. Click Save to save your changes! 

 

 

However, the extra time is based on the service, not on the member of staff assigned to that service. You could use a workaround like creating a service for a specific member of staff but that option isn't suitable for every business!

is the a way to adjust time to set service appointments?

i set times for services but sometimes a client needs more or even less time.

but i can't see to find a way to adjust those times.

You could add blocks of time as @Helen listed above to your appointments to give you the extra time needed for these appointments.
