How do I get my personal address off the receipts

Hello I have my first market and j can't get my address off the receipts. I tried going to dashboard and taking the address of but If would not let me save without a valid address. I also tried turning the showing location off but my address is still seen in the grey box at the bottom underneath my note to customers. Please help me I have been struggling with this so long not and I can't find anyone willing to help

I know you said when you try to remove the address from Account & Settings > Business Information > Locations, it won't save. I would also make sure under Receipts you have "show location" off if you don't want any address to be on the receipt. Let's try these troubleshooting stepsAlso, are you using the browser through your phone or another device? If you can please try using a completely different device to access Dashboard. 

 

If you continue to have issues please reply with a copy of your receipt showing the address still on it and the troubleshooting steps you have tried and device information. I will keep an eye out for your reply! 😊
