Getting Started

Hi, I just got my square terminal. I followed all the steps and updated the software but it’s not allowing me to finish set up. It keeps saying “square terminal keeps stopping”. Has anyone encountered this problem before?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Square Terminal. I've never heard of this error message before, but it could be that you haven't completed onboarding and activated your account for payment processing yet. Can you confirm the country you are based in so I can share the relevant resources with you ?
