Error when ordering readers

Hi there

I'm new to square, just signed up, and in the process of signing up when I got to the section to get my free magstripe reader or order the $59 reader and also get the free magstripe an error occurred on the square website after I entered my credit card info to pay. All it said was an error occurred and to try later but then the page timed out and I can’t get back to it on the app or the website. Has this happened to anyone before? Did my order go through? Do I still get the free magstripe reader if it didn’t go through and I have to order the $59 reader separately? I was told you get a free magstripe when you sign up. I have an email sent into square but it’s been a few days and I haven’t heard back yet.
