Adding a discount to an item on my (non square) website

Hi, I'm trying to set up a discount for one of the items in my store. I have created the actual discount, applied it to the specific product I want to apply it to (see https://jmp.sh/CrD1N4Wg), and created a "Buy Button" that is embedded on my website, see https://jmp.sh/iF87a0ZB (it's not a square website, but built with another website builder named Brizy). However, when I click the buy button and go to checkout, the discount does not show up at all, see https://jmp.sh/CxNV6AT9.

I also tried to achieve this via a "coupon" but I could not find how to actually create a coupon. When I check the documentation here: https://squareup.com/help/ca/en/article/6880-create-a-coupon-in-square-online-store - as soon as:

1. From your Square Marketing Overview page, go to Coupons. 2. Select Create Coupon. -

> for me it actually requires me to set up an email automation, which is not what I'm trying to do, see: https://jmp.sh/3qvVkMhR.

Can you please tell me how I can create an automatic or coupon-based discount for my website visitors?

At this time, Square discounts do not work with Payment Links. 

Check out this FAQ on Payments Links. 

Coupons can be applied to purchases made using Payment Links. 

I watched your video a few times and I wasn't able to see if something was clicked once you landed on the Marketing overview page, but from there, you would want to click "Coupons" on the left and then the blue button to Create Coupon. 

If you continue to be redirected to design a campaign, I would recommend running through our web browser troubleshooting.

nope, nothing was clicked so it automatically redirected me to wherever I ended.

I also noticed that apparently the discounts to not work with external websites. I ended up just using a payment link with a lowered price (example: https://www.speedyheadshots.com/wework-rob). Not quite what I wanted but it worked. Might have to do it with Stripe going forward as it doesn't have those limitations.
