Hey! I had a client purchase and use a E-gift card for the first time! I charged the card and gave her a receipt but where do those funds go? They were not part of my end of day report and I cant figure out where they went of how to transfer them into my bank account.
I can still bring up her appointment and her receipt.

E-Gift cards are processed the same way as any other transaction. You should be able to locate it in your history:

Go to Reporting in your online Square Dashboard > Transactions.

Search for the eGift card sale by:

Filtering the transaction search by item and clicking enter eGift Card.

Searching the receipt number from the eGift cardโs purchase.

Searching using the last four digits of the eGift card.

Once youโve located the transaction, select it and click the blue eGift card number in the transaction details.

To view the receipts for each gift card transaction, click the receipt number under the Receipts column.
If you can't locate it, I would recommend calling our support team directly, so they can take a look. They will have access to your account details which we don't have here in the Community.
