The printer door on my square terminal will not latch shut.

The Printer door on my square terminal will not latch shut and remains open. I don't see anything obstructing and I'm not sure what to do.  Any suggestions?

Had that happen before and the Paper was in the wrong way. Worth a shot.

Ended up buying a new door. Only thing that worked.

Can you please tell me where you bought a new door? I called Square and apparently, it's not an option. But I have the same problem as you had... Square terminal door won't stay closed! So frustrating!
