Do people need Cash App to check Loyalty points? I get this message to go to cash app?

Hey @Candlestore, thanks for bringing this up! I'm moving this post into its own thread so that other sellers who may have a similar question can find it more easily.
By default, sellers have a setting enabled that pushes buyers to Cash App to monitor their points and rewards. If your customer does not download Cash App, they can still access a version of it online. In addition, you can disable the Cash App integration altogether.
