Online Store Multiple State Taxes (Pickup Food Items)

Rhode Island has 2 state taxes for food: Sales and Use (7%) and Meals and Beverage (1%).  Some items require both, some require only one.  How do I set this up in the Online store?  Taxes from the POS do not seem to sync, and the online store tax section is setup for shipping items, not for food pickup. It will not allow me to add multiple state taxes.  

RI law requires that multiple taxes be itemized separately on the customer receipt.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!
