what counts as a card keyed in transaction?
Obviously, if I key in the card number from a phone order into either the POS or Virtual Terminal, I understand that is a card keyed transaction.
Do online sales or invoices also count as card keyed?
It would make sense to me if they were, but it seems maybe we should have a distinction between those and those keyed in at the sales desk.
I just noticed I had a lot of keyed in from the last year and the only way I can see that happening is from invoices. Otherwise, I need to figure out why so many transactions were keyed in and put some kind of restriction or something in for employees.

Hi @crystalimages-
Manually entered transactions are considered transactions that you enter yourself on your POS device. Online sales and invoices are different.
Here's an overview of our fees. You can see the difference there!

What I'm referring to is under the reports for payment methods, card keyed...
For last year I had way more transactions under this type of payment than I thought I should, unless it is including invoices that customers pay by keying in their card info from the emailed invoice, or online sales. I wasn't concerned about the fees, I know what those are.

Hey @crystalimages,
Stepping in for @nika here.
Yeah you must of had more sales keyed in on the app or Virtual Terminal that year. Keyed in would include Invoices too in terms of reporting.
