Hi I have several sites and I am familiar with how to create coupons. On one site, customers are not able to apply a coupon code to any of my digital items/ services. The option is not there at all? Is this now a setting that I need to turn on? The option is visible on my other weebly stores automatically.

Hello @YMH thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with coupons on your website. I suspect the issue isn't with your websites, but your individual items you're trying to apply codes. Do you sell physical items on the websites where customers ARE able to use coupon codes? There is a difference in apply coupons to service items vs. physical items, and possibly with digital items as well. This post addresses some of those questions. You may be able to apply a DISCOUNT rather than a coupon code, but this might apply the discount to all of your customers.

Hi there. I've gone in and changed the digital item to an event and to a physical good. The coupon code box still does not appear. I previously had a different digital item (2 years ago) and the coupon I created then worked. Is there something else that could be keeping the "apply coupon" box from appearing at checkout on my services and digital products?

Hi, I also tried changing it from a % off to a $ amount off and the box does not appear. It should show up on the checkout page above the words "continue shopping"
