Integrated with shippo , then uninstalled , now cant see my manually entered shipping rates in shipping ! ๐ค

It sounds like after removing the Shippo integration it has removed your shipping rates.
These may need to be re-setup through the shipping section of your Square Online Dashboard. If you need assistance with that please feel free to contact our support team. You can give us a call on 1800 760 137. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm Melbourne time.

Hi Boris , yeah that's what I am in and its just not there. Have clicked on just about everything. All it is showing is the EDIT SHIPPING LOCATIONS bar. Will get help desk on to it ๐

Same problem. I enter the different rates for different shipping profiles, then a minute later the rates are automatically removed by Square. If I re-enter the rates, the same thing happens again. It won't allow me to enter different rates. I have a feeling it is because the engine defaults to rates based on the shipping address entered. The problem is that my product is shipped from a number of distributors worldwide so the rates for different regions vary according to where the product is shipped from. That shouldn't be a problem if I can enter different rates for different shipping profiles. But it won't allow me to do that.

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact
3. Click on any topic, then "I don't see my issue"
