"Verify Your Indentity" doesn't seem to work

I have one step remaining, "Verify Your Identity," but when I click it, the site redirects me back to the same page, telling me to verify my identity.

I tried to run a sample order to make sure the store works, but I got a message that my valid credit cards were invalid.

Are these two issues connected?

Thanks for writing in and welcome to our community, I noticed it's your first post 🙂

You won't be able to accept card payments until your identity has been verified. If you're using a phone to go through this step, give using a browser on your laptop a try and vice versa. Please let us know how you go!
