We had a power outage today and of course everything went offline. We finally got everything back up and running but our ethernet kitchen printer still won't connect or show up on our printing stations. We tried resetting the modem and router, unplugging everything and plugging back in, checked the ribbon and the tape... is there anything else I am not thinking of to try? Thanks!
*Luckily we have KDS so we can still see orders

Hello @SpadaFarmhouse !
Aahhh, power outages. Makes me want to bang my head against a wall every time they happen.
The only thing I can think of to try after everything you've done is to try moving the printer to another ethernet outlet. If it connects/is seen at the new spot, then you know there's something wrong with the wiring in the original location. If it doesn't, chances are the printer took a power surge and is dead. 😞

@ryanwanner Thank you for the information. I will try that. I hope it didn't kill it!
