kds sound

hi  i have a square kds , square pos , and square resturant all running perfectly.

but when you set the kds to play a sound when it gets an order it only plays sound if order is sent from pos , not the resturant app. can any one help

Welcome back to the Community! 

Can you take a look in your Restaurants App to make sure you have the Order Alert turned on in that one? 

The settings won't be universal throughout both app. 

Please let me know if that doesn't do the trick! I will keep an eye out for your reply👀.
