A customer paid the requested deposit toward thier invoice with a visa about 11pm this past Thursday evening. The only reason I noticed was because I was looking through outstanding invoices and noticed this particular one was partially paid. It is Saturday morning. I never recieved any email stating that the customer made the payment. The payment doesnt show up in my transactions. I also looked at my transaction status report to see if the payment was declined and just in limbo at this point. No transactions come up there. It is not listed as a deposit either. What is going on?
