I have been hosting online stores on my website for a while now and for some reason when a customer fills out a submission form, rather than it going to my inbox (as it has done for years), it has started going to my deleted (trash) folder instead. I have checked the email in the form submission and it is correct. I also added a second email address and the form goes to both, but in both emails (one is outlook and the other is gmail), it goes to the deleted folder instead of the inbox. I can't think of anything that has changed to make this start happening.

We'd be happy to help you out with this. This is certainly a weird situation. Is there a way on your end to indicate that the emails aren't spam so future entries don't end up there? You can also view all contact form entries on the Form Submissions page. This page displays an overview of all messages sent through your forms. Select a form title to view individual entries or export them as a CSV file.
In the meantime, we will ask our Square Online specialists for more information.

@LMickey - Thanks for your time while we gathered further details. On our end, we can confirm that there’s no settings or switch we can turn off to stop your emails from going to your spam folder. In this case, you will need to resort to your email settings to fix the ongoing issue.
We truly wish there was more we could do on our end.
