[feature request] ability to grant user access to review customer feedback

I want my manager to be able to review and respond to customer feedback without further access.

To make sure I'm understanding you correctly, you want the ability for your Manager to view customer feedback data collected via receipts, while limiting their other actions - correct? I want to make sure I have the details down pat before I pass this to our Product Team.
