i own a boutique and sell vendor things on consignment.
i have a vendor that sells more than $600 a year so i need to send them a 1099
i want to set them up as a contractor. on the form it asks for ssn number. i dont have that for them as they provided me with their employer identification number as its a joint owned business ran by two women
how do i set this up?

Hello @littleprairie!
Currently Square Payroll only supports SSN's to pay individuals. It's not possible to pay a business using their EIN and issue a 1099-K at this time. I'll make sure to share the suggestion with our Payroll team though!
