One of our customers complained. "My payment also didn’t go through when trying from iphone but went through when using computer. I tried several times through my phone, it accepted info on the first screen but when clicking Next button it was spinning for long time and timed out."
He was using safari on iphone to submit transaction.

If a different browser/device worked just fine, sound like the issue was with the first device used.
I would recommend having them update both the device and browser to ensure our checkout links work properly in the future.
