Great question. Your Square Capital offer expires two weeks after you receive your emailed notification.
We evaluate accounts every day and will contact you if we can extend a Capital offer in the future. You're welcome to check your Square Dashboard for this info as well.

@MHB2016 we evaluate Square accounts for eligibility everyday. Once your account is eligible you will receive an email and a notification in your Square Dashboard.
Perhaps including that statement in the email would be helpful, over a 2 years time I was only offered one I believe I just found it in my SPAM folder and I haven't seen one since, as of late I've been using other methods to process payments because of options like CAPITAL, so it's unlikely I be offered anything close the the previous offer. If there any additional info you can prodive except "Kepp processing away!"
