Why did refunds happen without my authorization?
A new client visited on July 5th.
The charge was $75 and she tipped me $15.
This transaction was refunded but I didn't refund it.
I reported this incident.
I went back to review the status and figure out why this happened. I noticed her next transaction was also being refunded.
The same client scheduled for July 6th for another service.
The charge was $75 and she tipped me $18.75
Both transactions are being refunded but I didn't authorize refunds for either transaction.
I've emailed the client about the situation and she is willing to repay me once the transactions post to her account.
Why or how did this happen?
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @Æarth, thanks for flagging this.
That definitely sounds strange and something we can look into.
Because this is a public forum, we're unable to check the specific transactions/refunds. When you can, please contact our Support team directly, they will be more than happy to help.
Thank you!
