When signing up for Square Marketing Assistant the code is not being sent to my listed phone number.

When signing up for square marketing the code is not being sent to my listed phone number.   I was signed up for the Marketing Assistant but it seems to have stopped working for some reason.  When I attempt to sign up again, nothing happens.  Is this feature still available?
