What was your biggest business accomplishment in 2021?

It's been a tough one for a lot of Australian businesses, so even making it to the end of 2021 is a big accomplishment at this stage!

For myself, I'm going to say Square launching payment support for NFPs, associations and clubs. This was the Australian Seller Community's #1 feature request for a very long time. I'm glad we could play role in helping bring payment accessibility to tens of thousands of Australian community organisations.

All the comments, stories and demand we saw from our community really helped put that feature request on the map internally, and I'm looking forward to buying a Bunnings sausage on a Square Reader soon 🙂
