What sort of subscription do I need so I can customise team permissions access?

I want to create a very low level of access for a team member who is a volunteer. But Square tells me I need a subscription. I looked at the features of each plan level and no where could I see which plan allows me to change team permissions. How is it done and do I need to pay extra?

Hi @BEC-142 great question!

The plan you are being prompted to upgrade to is called the Team Plus plan with pricing of $35 per month, per location. The reason you are being prompted to upgrade is that the free features allow a single set of permissions and an owner passcode. As soon as you attempt to create a second set of permissions, you will be prompted to upgrade your plan to access this feature.

Your options here would be to either edit your current team permission set to a lower access level for all staff or upgrade to the Team Plus plan if having multiple permission sets is something you believe will be useful in the long run.
