We are having a lot of problems with our card readers and our Square Registers.
We are having a lot of problems with our Square registers and card readers not swiping. We have been with Square for years, but I am wondering if our problems are related to the new register coming out. We have 4 registers and multiple locations, and can not get all new ones. Is this just a coincedence that almost all of them are not working and are not compatible with the new IOS update or am I wrong?

what iPads do you have now? iPads and square stands, or stand-alone iPads? what iOS are you running? what card readers do you have? need more information to be able to help you.
