Using Appointments - under calendar, shows the wrong employee name

Using appointments - I click on Calendar and it shows the calendar, but in the columns across the top it says "Anna" which is my wife's name.  Not sure how that got populated, but it should say my name, "Nick", but can't change it.  If I go to Staff it shows a single line with my email address but my wife's name.  When I click to edit this entry it has her name as the name but it's greyed out and I cannot edit it.  She will not be using appointments, I will be, so only need the single staff/person listed (me) and it will be confusing to clients to see her name listed.

Perhaps the system has to have at least one employee listed, which could be why it won’t let you edit the name or delete it.

 

Maybe try creating a new employee with your name, then it might let you delete hers?

Hello @nicklandman! It sounds like your wife created this Square account and is listed as the owner. 

 

When you subscribe to Appointments or Employee Management, Square will make a profile for the owner by default. You can't edit the name of the profile or delete it. Your only options from here are to either add yourself as the second staff member or create a new Square Account with your information.
