Use different prices without variants

I can not find an acceptable solution for this:

My business is a bar where we charge different price if we sell in interior or terrace.
So cocacola, coffee, food have two different prices.

An ineffective solution is to use variants: you must specify the variant in each article when making the addition. This is very slow to work.

Another solution could be by means of location: terrace location and interior location. But this is also slow because I have to leave and login again in my account to choose the location.

I can also use two devices with two locations

Does anyone know a solution to the problem?

by far the easiest and fastest is using price variants.  it can be set to your busiest price point and then you just have to select the price if it is a different one.  choosing a price variant will only take less than a second or 0 seconds if it is your default price.  I would say almost 75% of my items have more than one price (for volume discounts) and it is the fastest way to do it.

you can run 2 locations if you wanted and then run the Square POS beta client logged into one location and the AppStore version logged into the other but that requires them paying attention to which app they are running as they will look identical.

Variants I still think they slow down a lot in my business.
I'm going to try the Square beta, although I'm afraid of being beta for possible failures

I run the beta every day and did over 20,000 transactions last year in a 3 month season and never had an issue once with it on multiple machines.  Beta is more in terms of the upcoming features that they add not the core of the app.
