Unknown discount from marketing

Hi,

Today I have a customer she presented me a $7 off discount code from her email.  I don’t remember I sent any email for a $7 off coupon.  Anyway, I entered the code, it worked, so I gave her the discount.

After that,  I checked all my active email and text campaigns (we don’t do any Facebook discount), I couldn’t find any campaigns that offered customers $7 off discount.  Where can I look to see this discount coming from?

@Chrishawaii3619 - sounds like your customer might've redeemed a reward earned through Square Loyalty. Do you have Loyalty program set up in Dashboard?

sorry for late replay.  I have a loyalty program but I think I just remember it could be the coupon that I sent via customer feedback.
