The report doesn’t add up into right number.
I am using square for restaurant.
In the end of the day, I have added up all my credit card receipt compared with the report, even the actual deposit next day, but it doesn’t match how much I have sold to my customers, the receipts.
why?
Anyone have better explanation with that?

I noticed it's your first post, welcome to our community 👋
While we're not able to take a closer look at your reports via this public forum, there are a few things worth checking here:
- Your reports will include all recorded sales, including cash sales. Cash transactions are not included in the transfers we send you, as you would have already taken the cash.
- Do you have multiple locations? Make sure you're correlating the transfers and reports that match the location you're looking at.
Please let us know how you go, and feel free to reach out to support here if you're still having trouble reconciling your transfers and reports.

Is anyone experiencing issues w reports not matching transaction? We've been having issues w square for last couple days. On Saturday, none of our transaction was visible. On Sunday, those transactions re appeared. And now Monday and Tuesday, transaction does not sync w report. We can see the transaction for the 18th and 19th but the reports for those days are showing that only one transaction was made for the whole two days. I am stressing over this and emailed support 8 times already about this issue and not getting any response to our situation. Just want to know if anyone is going through the same thing like us? Phone support is not available and I don't know what else to do. I'm about to pull the plug because i don't know what's going on and not getting any support as to where our money is. We've been using square for last 10 years and never had this issue. All of sudden we need them and they can't even respond to our emails. Can someone help shed some light as to what is going on with our point of sale? Is someone experiencing this same issue? Please help

Hello @suneethailao thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your reporting. One thing to check that I can think of...where are you viewing your reports? Are you looking on your phone app, or computer Dashboard? Sometimes when you are viewing transactions and reports and you are on your phone, there is a setting that shows either: "transactions ONLY on THIS device" or "ALL transactions". Maybe your setting here is affecting seeing your reports.
I would log into your Square dashboard on a desktop computer if you can, and view your transactions and reports for the time period in question, just to see if you can see everything that you're expecting to see. When you view your reports in your Dashboard be sure you are selecting the right day/time frame. I hope this might help offer you a solution.
