Team Members can't access Appointments even though given permission

I can set-up a Team Member with Appointments permissions to use the Calendar but he keeps getting the "you don't have permission to use this...." Why? Do they also have to be set up as Staff. Not sure I get the difference between the 2 except that one you have to pay for and one you don't..

Same and I have called twice today with no help. Was told it would be resolved in a couple hours.

 

My employee cant reset her password either.
