Taking Credit Card Payment from wife but we share the bank account

My wife and I share the bank account that the square funds get deposited into, but

she wants to make a purchase with her credit card. Will this  be a problem?

it is a good chance it will automatically get flagged by Square's fraud prevention ans loss department and running family card is against terms of service as it can be the easiest way to do illegal money transfers.
