Hello Bunnystore,
Can you provide an example concerning a round-up feature that you're referring to ? From our experience, Square does round-up the amount when it comes to applying the Transaction Fee and Tax. Perhaps providing some additional details will help other community members understand what you are seeing.

The graphic is not showing up. Is there a way a customer (via our online store) can opt to round up their purchases to donate to a charity?

You've seen it at your local supermarket, department store or even on your ride share app. You're asked verbally (or digitally) if you'd like to "round up" your purchase to the nearest dollar with the difference going to a charity. This feature has been asked for from Square for years.
Our workaround is to add a variable priced item to the panel, and the (volunteer, in our case!) cashier can do the mental math to calculate the round up amount and add it to the tally. It adds several steps and counting on someone's mental math skills. A "Round Up" to the nearest dollar would be soooooo hepful!
