Square for my business; use my name & social security # or incorporated business name &TIN
When I 1st started using Square for my business I signed up with my own name & social security number. I have since incorporated my business in 2013 & now have a TIN and incorporated business name. Should I open a new account with my incorporated business name with associated TIN? Rather than use my personal name & social security number?

Hey @Dr-Valencia! Welcome to the Community.
No need to make a new account to add your TIN. Every account originally has to sign up with an SSN for the identity verification process so there's no way to skip that if you made a new one.
You can add your new TIN in the existing account under Account & Settings > Tax Forms so that way the business starts reporting the taxes under that instead of your SSN.
