Hi there,
Wondering if anyone else using Square for Restaurants has a similar problem with this strange glitch. The glitch occurs if we have a table seated at a table, they order and then they move to another table in the restaurant. We transfer the bill to the new table they sit at. Once the table cashes out at the new table on occasion the bill for table will reappear on the table they sat at originally. Looking at transactions we can see their closed bill, the reappearing bill is a duplicate and the only thing we can seem to do is void the bill to get rid of it. Super strange. Any ideas on how to rectify this?

While I haven't come across this glitch myself, I'd recommend recording when it happens via screen recordings or screenshots, and reaching out to our support team to file a ticket.
