I got paid via square invoice but money not in balance?

Given the Seller Community is a public platform, it's a bit tricky for us to delve into account-specific issues here, such as issues with payments or receiving your Square transfers.
However, as a general rule, I would suggest checking your inbox for any recent communications from Square. Quite often, delays in receiving payments or transfers are as a result of an active account review. Square will conduct account reviews periodically to learn more about how your business processed payments, to ensure a safe environment for both you and your customers.

1. Sign in to your Square account.
2. Head to our contact page https://squ.re/3AWfZs2.
3. Go to "Other", then "I don't see my issue".
4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us".
