Square App resets each nite losing login, settings and cash management figures
We have a retail stand with printer and cash management (cash drawer) and almost every night it seems to be reseting. Each morning the square app requires login and password and goes through the intial setup (connected devices, cash managment activation, printer setup with order ticket options). Talked to support and confirmed the following:
1. Deleted and reinstalled app with no change
2. verified IOS on Ipad was current
3. verified current version of square app
The Ipad is old and was recently went through a factory restore of the IOS. Thanks.
